An established organization is expanding its analytics capabilities and is looking for a Data Analyst to help turn business data into meaningful insights and practical solutions.You’ll work across reporting, analysis, data validation, and business intelligence, partnering with teams across the organization to understand questions, investigate data, and deliver clear recommendations.This is a hands-on opportunity for an analytically minded professional who enjoys solving problems, working with stakeholders, and improving the way businesses use data.What You'll Work OnAnalyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance driversCreate and improve dashboards, reports, and analytical tools used by business teamsWrite and optimize SQL queries to support analysis and reportingWork with data from multiple sources and help create consistent, reliable datasets for analysisInvestigate data discrepancies and develop checks to improve confidence in reportingConduct ad-hoc analysis and translate findings into practical recommendationsPartner with stakeholders to understand business questions and determine the appropriate analytical approachHelp define metrics, reporting requirements, and analytical methodologiesMaintain clear records of calculations, assumptions, business rules, and analytical processesIdentify opportunities to improve existing reporting and analytical workflowsCommunicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related analytical disciplineStrong SQL skills and experience working with relational or cloud-based dataExperience creating business-facing visualizations using Tableau or a comparable BI platformFamiliarity with modern data transformation practices and tools such as dbtUnderstanding of data modeling and how analytical datasets are structuredStrong quantitative and problem-solving abilityExcellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracyAbility to explain analytical findings clearly and conciselyComfortable managing independent projects while working closely with business stakeholdersBachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, business, or related field preferredThe OpportunityYou’ll have the opportunity to work on projects that influence how teams understand performance and make decisions.The role combines hands-on analysis, business partnering, reporting, and data problem-solving, giving you broad exposure to the organization's data environment and the opportunity to develop both your technical and commercial skill set.This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants meaningful ownership rather than simply producing routine reports.
