Job Title: HR & AI Data Analyst (Project-Based Intern)Department: Human Resources & Information TechnologyReports To: Head of Human ResourcesLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Intern (4 Months, Paid)Position SummaryAn agile Junior HR & AI Data Analyst Intern to clean historical HR data, drive our Zoho digital migration, build automated reports, and research AI/automation solutions to support cross-departmental digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesAudit, clean, and consolidate employee records, contracts, and vendor files; migrate legacy records into Zoho.Maintain and audit Workday data tables for maximum data accuracy.Build automated Excel/Power BI trackers for hiring metrics, nationalization shifts, and IT/HR summaries; support self-service dashboard adoption.Format and map hiring scorecards, job descriptions, and interview templates into clean data files.Research Generative AI and automation tools, evaluate findings for stakeholders, analyse workforce trends, and support strategic HR recommendations.Key KPIs100% of target historical records cleaned and migrated into Zoho within 4 months.Maintain 99%+ error-free data integrity across Workday fields.Successfully deploy automated Excel/BI trackers and HR dashboards.RequirementsEnrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor’s program in Business Analytics, Data Science, or Information Systems.Advanced Excel (Power Query, nested formulas) is mandatory. Exposure to Power BI, Zoho, Workday, SQL, Python, or AI tools is a plus.Strong analytical and communication skills, high detail orientation, and an interest in AI and automation.What You’ll GainHands-on experience with AI, workforce analytics, and automation projects.
