Job Description – Data AnalystLocation: GurgaonPreference: Candidates based in Delhi / GurgaonImmediate Joining Required We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of data analysis, automation, web scraping, Python, Advance Excel, reporting, and problem-solving. You will be responsible for analyzing datasets, identifying trends and patterns, preparing insightful reports, and supporting business decisions through accurate, data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities•       Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources•       Develop and maintain automated data workflows and reporting processes using automation tools.•       Perform web scraping and data extraction from websites and online sources using appropriate tools and Python.•       Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards•       Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights•       Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data trackers•       Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and other Excel functions for data analysis•       Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting•       Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and validation•       Maintain organized databases, records, and documentation Requirements•       1–2 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.•        Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; M.Tech / relevant postgraduate qualification will be preferred.•       Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and data analysis.•       Hands-on knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, web scraping, and data processing.•       Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts, including querying, joins, filtering, aggregation, and data manipulation.•       Practical knowledge of Power BI, dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting.•       Knowledge of automation concepts, automation tools, workflow automation, and process optimization is mandatory.•       Hands-on understanding of web scraping and data extraction techniques is required.•       Knowledge of Power Query, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and advanced Excel functions.•       Strong analytical, logical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.•       Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality.•       Strong attention to detail, documentation, and timely delivery of reports.•       Must be based in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR.
