Data Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and validate data from multiple sourcesAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insightsCreate dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker StudioWork closely with business, product, and technical teams to understand data requirementsMonitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reportsPerform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-makingEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and documentationPresent insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholdersRequired Skills & QualificationsMaster s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fieldStrong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysisProficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio)Basic understanding of data modeling and databasesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and presentation skillsPreferred / Nice To HaveExperience with Python or R for data analysisKnowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) or product analytics toolsFamiliarity with ETL processes and data pipelinesPrior experience in IT services, product companies, or analytics consulting
