Data Analyst

Job Description

Collect, clean, process, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.Translate business requirements into data analysis and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.Monitor and validate data quality, accuracy, and consistency.Collaborate with business, product, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analysis.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.Perform data exploration and statistical analysis to identify opportunities, issues, and potential business improvements.Ensure data and reporting processes are properly documented.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.Understanding of data analysis, data cleaning, and basic statistical concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Preferred Skills:Experience with Python/R for data analysis.Familiarity with ETL/data pipelines and data warehouse concepts.Experience working with large datasets.Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting processes.
