The company’s mission is to empower teachers with efficient, intuitive tools that enhance classroom experiences and student outcomes.Role Description The Data Analyst role at Layah ai is a full-time, remote job. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from product usage, educator feedback, and platform performance to generate actionable insights. This role includes building dashboards and reports, supporting data-driven decisions for product features and improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and customer success. The Data Analyst will also work on developing and refining data models, monitoring key performance indicators, and contributing to ongoing optimization of the platform for educators and students.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics for interpreting complex datasets and identifying trends.Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics to design experiments, validate hypotheses, and ensure data accuracy.Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling to structure data for reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL or other query languages is beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.Interest in education technology and familiarity with school curricula or teaching environments is an advantage.
