Employment Type: Full-TimeLocation; Ludhiana (Division no. 3)About the RoleCHKOKKO is looking for an experienced Senior MIS / Data Analyst to drive business reporting, dashboarding, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MIS reporting, dashboard development, P&L analysis, demand & supply planning, and business performance analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesLead preparation and analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.Develop and manage management dashboards and KPI reporting.Analyze P&L, revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and business performance.Drive demand & supply planning through data analysis, forecasting, and trend analysis.Conduct target vs. actual and variance analysis and identify key business gaps.Provide actionable insights to management for better business decisions.Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency.Automate MIS reports and repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency.Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Management teams.Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities through data.Present key findings and recommendations to senior management.Required Skills5+ years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related role.Advanced MS Excel skills — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, and advanced formulas.Strong experience with Power BI / Tableau.Good understanding of P&L, financial metrics, and business performance analysis.Strong understanding of demand, supply, inventory, and forecasting.SQL knowledge preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to independently handle large datasets and management reporting.Ideal CandidateA data-driven and business-focused professional who can go beyond report preparation — someone who can analyze numbers, identify the "why" behind business performance, and convert data into clear, actionable insights.CompensationSalary: Negotiable, based on experience, skills, and overall fit.Apply NowInterested candidates can share their CV at: hr@chkokko.com
