They are looking for a Data Analyst - BI to join their team. This role is a Direct Hire / Permanent / Full Time position. Position will be ONSITE. Candidate must be able to commute onsite to Denver, CO.**Direct Hire / Permanent / Full Time****Onsite role**Position SummaryIn this role, you will bridge the gap between complex upstream data and executive decision-making. You will collaborate directly with business leaders to gather requirements, analyze operational data, and build intuitive BI dashboards. The ideal candidate pairs strong technical visualization skills with deep Oil & Gas (O&G) industry domain knowledge, enabling them to translate raw metrics into strategic business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering: Partner directly with business units and leadership to scope, define, and translate complex operational requests into clear technical data specifications.BI Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performing, interactive BI visual dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs).Executive Presentations: Deliver and present data insights and interactive visuals to management and executive leadership, explaining trends and technical data in a clear, business-friendly manner.Data Integrity: Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure upstream data pipelines are accurate, structured properly, and optimized for reporting. Position RequirementsO&G Industry Expertise: Must have direct experience within the Oil & Gas industry, with a solid understanding of industry-specific data structures, terminology, and operational metrics.Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of interacting with business users, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.Advanced Visualization Skills: Demonstrated experience creating advanced business intelligence visuals and interactive reports (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, or similar enterprise tools).Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with documented experience presenting data-driven findings directly to management or leadership teams.Red Oak Technologies is made up of people from a wide variety of backgrounds and lifestyles.
