You'll play a key role in developing reporting, improving financial insight, and helping the business make data-driven decisions in a complex, high-volume environment. Operating in a data-rich environment, they manage multiple contracts, each with unique commercial and operational requirements.As the business continues to expand, they are investing in their finance and reporting capabilities. This role offers the chance to have a visible impact across finance, operations, and leadership reporting while helping to build scalable processes for future growth. The RoleAs a Data Analyst, you will sit within a collaborative finance team and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights.Key responsibilities include:Owning and developing finance reporting across the organisationSupporting forecasting cycles and maintaining financial models covering revenue, cash flow, and business planningReconciling and validating data across Xero, SQL, and Power BIManaging finance and operational data uploads and ensuring data accuracyProducing board-level reporting on cash performance, contract activity, and operational metricsAnalysing patient volumes, contract performance, and business trends against forecastsBuilding new reports and dashboards to improve decision-makingInvestigating and resolving data discrepancies across multiple systemsSupporting process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data qualityYour Skills & ExperienceStrong finance or accounting background, gained in a Finance Analyst, Management Accountant, Accountant, or similar roleAdvanced Excel skills with experience building and maintaining complex financial modelsPractical experience using SQL for data analysis and interrogationExperience working with Power BI, including maintaining or developing reports and dashboardsStrong reconciliation skills and experience working with large, complex datasetsAbility to communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholdersProactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of reporting and data processesComfortable working in a growing business where priorities can evolveWhat They OfferSalary of £50,000 - £55,000Opportunity to work closely with senior finance leadershipSignificant ownership and visibility across key business reportingExposure to finance, operational, and commercial dataOpportunity to drive process improvements and help shape reporting capabilitiesCollaborative and supportive working environmentStrong potential for long-term career development as the business growsHow to ApplyIf you are a Data Analyst with strong finance, SQL, Power BI, and Excel expertise and are looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact, apply today to learn more.
