- Leverage customer verbatim comments to pull in relevant support stories for the insights story on slides. Qualifications
- The individual holds an engineering degree with a background in BE, BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA, and MSC, specializing in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, and Statistics throughout 80 percentage and above.
- Experience: 2-3 yrs. of experiences in data analytics / text analytics technologies
- Proficiency in English is compulsory, and convent educated is added advantage.
- Candidate should have good knowledge in database query writing skills
- Candidate should have good analytical and issue debugging skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Eager to learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and specially in excel and writing macro in excel
