Location: Bridgetown, Quezon CityWork Model: Onsite (unless otherwise approved)Job Level: Professional / Senior ProfessionalRole SummaryThe Reporting, Dashboards & Insights Analyst is responsible for delivering enterprise‑level reporting, trend analysis, and actionable insights across multiple Cigna platforms.

Based in Manila and supporting global stakeholders, this role goes beyond traditional tool‑specific or workforce statistics and focuses on cross‑platform trend analysis, performance insights, and data storytelling that enable leaders to make informed decisions.This role partners closely with US‑based leaders, Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams to translate complex data into clear insights that drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement across Cigna.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Reporting & DashboardsDesign, build, and maintain enterprise dashboards and scorecards using standardized reporting frameworks and approved BI tools.Integrate and analyze data across multiple Cigna platforms and systems, ensuring consistency and alignment to business outcomes.Support recurring and ad‑hoc reporting needs for operational and leadership audiences in the US and Philippines.Trend Analysis & Insight DevelopmentPerform trend, variance, and root‑cause analysis across datasets and platforms to identify performance patterns, risks, and opportunities.Synthesize large and complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations, not just metrics or charts.Proactively highlight trends and issues before they become performance risks.Data Storytelling & Executive SupportTranslate analytical findings into concise, business‑friendly narratives for leadership consumption.Prepare executive‑ready presentations, summaries, and talking points that connect data to decisions.Support leadership discussions by explaining trends, drivers, and potential actions.Stakeholder Partnership & Global CollaborationPartner with US‑based and global stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and deliver meaningful insights.Act as a trusted analytics partner to Operations and functional teams by helping interpret performance data.Participate in global meetings and adjust schedules as needed to support collaboration across time zones.Data Quality, Standards & Continuous ImprovementValidate data accuracy and consistency across reporting sources.Document metric definitions, logic, and assumptions to support transparency and audit readiness.Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, automate recurring outputs, and improve reporting maturity.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.3+ years (Professional) or 5+ years (Senior Professional) experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles.Strong experience developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or equivalent BI platforms.Demonstrated ability to perform trend analysis and insight development, not only report creation.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience supporting senior stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting US or global stakeholders from a Philippines‑based delivery environment.Experience working in healthcare, operations, service delivery, or large enterprise organizations.Familiarity with enterprise analytics environments (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms).Experience transforming operational data into insights that support performance improvement.
