The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and SQL, and experience creating reports and dashboards.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.Use Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and formulas.Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve, filter, and analyze data.Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.Identify data inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements.Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, and analytical processes.Required SkillsExperience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.Working knowledge of SQL and database queries.Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Educational QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Commerce, or a related discipline.Candidates with relevant certifications in Data Analytics, SQL, Excel, or Power BI are preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with large datasets.Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis.Understanding of statistical concepts and data visualization.Experience preparing management reports and business dashboards.Knowledge of data cleaning, validation, and reporting automation.Key SkillsData Analysis | Microsoft Excel | SQL | Power BI | Tableau | Data Visualization | Dashboard Development | Data Cleaning | Reporting | KPI Tracking | Data Validation | Business Intelligence | Analytical Skills
