Our analytics department is quickly becoming one of the most critical arms of the company as we are steadily growing our client network and we are looking to add a dynamic, multi-skilled member to our agile team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for marketing analytics engagements for several pharmaceutical clientsProvide pre-sales analytics support to sales teamWork with Data Engineering team within the data analytics department (leveraging SQL deliverable automation and database management)Develop analysis reports to enable campaign execution and optimizationDrive and take ownership for developing and improving current network processesAssist in managing secondary analytics: data acquisition strategy, procurement, cleansing, integration, reporting and analysisStrengths include:Advanced Analytics

- Problem-SolvingREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:2+ years in analytics, strategy, consulting, or a similarly rigorous problem-solving environmentMUST HAVE Advanced SQL skills with experience working in large, relational datasetsMUST HAVE experience analyzing complex data setProven ability to independently own and deliver complex analysesStrong Excel and quantitative skillsetExceptional quantitative and MS Excel skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, communicate, and thrive in an ambiguous environmentLearning mindset and passion to keep abreast of the rapidly changing media and analytics landscape.Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and separate out the urgent & essential from the day-to-day requirements from the noiseAble to present results from analysis and make recommendations that are accepted and implemented.DESIRED EXPERIENCE:Experience in healthcare, pharma, media, or advertising analyticsFamiliarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data environmentsExposure to statistical methods, experimentation, or causal inference approachesEnjoys working in a high-growth environment with other highly-driven individuals.COMPENSATIONSalary for this position is competitive and depends on prior experience.
