The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and operational data, developing meaningful reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.The role will work closely with different departments to identify trends, monitor performance, improve business processes, and support overall business objectives through data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of business and operational data.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers using Power BI, Excel, and similar tools.Monitor and analyze key business KPIs and performance metrics.Identify trends, patterns, performance gaps, and business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and key stakeholders.Work with different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning through data-driven insights.Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes where possible.Conduct root-cause analysis to identify business and operational issues.Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and business performance.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related role.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development.Good understanding of data visualization and KPI reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful business insights.Good communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.V.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of SQL and database querying.Strong experience with Power Query and DAX.Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.Knowledge of forecasting and statistical analysis.Experience in automating reporting processes.Experience working with retail, sales, customer, or operational data.
