Data Analyst (Data Migration & Microsoft Fabric)We're seeking a Data Analyst with 3-6 years' experience delivering data migration, data analysis, and transformation projects. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and project teams to ensure successful migration of data while maintaining data quality, integrity, and governance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and profile data from source and target systems.Develop source-to-target mapping documentation and transformation rules.Use SQL to analyse, validate, reconcile, and investigate data.Support migration activities, testing, cutovers, and issue resolution.Build Power BI dashboards to track migration progress and data quality.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings.Maintain documentation, issue logs, and governance artefacts.Mandatory Skills & Experience3-6 years' experience in Data Analysis or Data Migration projects.Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, SQL Server, or similar Microsoft data platforms.Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data mapping, and data quality analysis.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.DesirableMicrosoft Dynamics CRM experience.Agile delivery experience.Data or Business Analysis certifications.Knowledge of data governance and privacy requirements.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale data transformation initiative while working with modern Microsoft data technologies.
