Data Analyst

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME---------------------------------------------- Pull, clean and analyse data from multiple sources using SQL- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in [Power BI / Tableau / Looker]- Track KPIs, spot trends and flag anomalies or data quality issues early- Run ad hoc analyses and A/B test evaluations for business teams- Turn findings into clear recommendations and present them to stakeholders- Document metric definitions, data sources and reporting logic- Partner with data engineers to improve data models and pipelines- Follow data privacy and governance practices (e.g. CCPA, HIPAA where relevant)---------------------------------------------YOU BRING / WE BRING---------------------------------------------YOU BRING- 0 to 5 years in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting or a related role (strong projects, internships and career changers are welcome)- Solid SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions)- Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills- Working knowledge of statistics (distributions, correlation, significance testing)- Clear communication and data storytelling- Authorization to work in the US---------------------------------------------TOOLS YOU'LL MEET---------------------------------------------SQL | [Power BI / Tableau / Looker] | Excel | [Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift / Databricks] | [Python or R] | [dbt] | GitNice to have, not required: Python or R, cloud data warehouse experience, dbt, A/B testing experience, a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Maths, Business, Economics or IT (or equivalent experience), and experience in [Financial or banking sector].
