Data Analyst

My client is currently looking for a Data Analyst within Business Performance, Analytics and Growth. This role serves as the analytical engine of the commercial organization, driving performance visibility, growth planning, and fact-based decision making across the META region. The individual will translate complex commercial, financial, and market data into actionable insights that influence leadership decisions, accelerate growth, and improve business performance.Working closely with commercial, finance, marketing, and country leadership teams, the role will identify performance gaps, uncover growth opportunities, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability through rigorous analysis and performance measurement.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline.5+years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategic Planning, Business Planning, Revenue Analytics,Some experience in SQL, Power Query,Tableau, Python, or similar analyticstools.Strong experience workingwith large data sets and developing businessinsights.Advanced Power BI capabilities with experience buildingdashboards and performance reporting solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience developing management reports and executive presentations.Ability to connect data and analysisto commercial outcomesand business decisions.Advanced Excel skillsincluding modelling, forecasting, and trend analysis.Experience working with Salesforce reporting and commercial data structures.Strong communication skills with the abilityto present findingsto senior stakeholders.Preferred ExperienceMBA or postgraduate qualification in Analytics, Business,Economics, or Strategy.Experience in business planning, consulting, strategy, or business intelligence functions.Experience supporting leadership teams in regionalor multinational environments.If this role looks of interest, you’re currently looking for your next position and have the above experience then please send your CV and call for more information and a more detailed job spec.
