Work on real-world client projects, build dashboards, analyze trends, and help organizations make data-driven decisions while developing your skills in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools.Job SummaryClinisol Tech Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable extracting, cleaning, validating, and analyzing data to identify trends and provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesExtract, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.Write SQL queries to retrieve, join, aggregate, and validate data.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and investigate discrepancies.Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.Translate business requirements into analytical reports and actionable recommendations.Collaborate with business, operations, product, and technical teams.Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and confidentiality.Qualifications2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field.Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another BI visualization tool.Understanding of relational databases, data cleaning, and data-quality principles.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to present complex data clearly and work collaboratively with stakeholders.Familiarity with Python for data analysis is a plus.Tools & TechnologiesQuerying: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL ServerSpreadsheets: Microsoft Excel, PivotTables, Power QueryVisualization: Power BI, Tableau, LookerProgramming: Python, PandasData Platforms: Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQueryPreferred SkillsExperience with interactive dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualization.Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing.Knowledge of basic statistics, trend analysis, and data modeling.Experience automating reports and performing data-quality checks.About Clinisol Tech Inc.Clinisol Tech Inc. connects businesses with skilled professionals who drive results.
