Employment Type: Full-timeExperience: 3- 5 yearsRequirement: Candidates must bring their own laptop for work purposes, as the company does not provide laptops.We are looking for a Data Analyst who can convert business and product data into meaningful insightsthat support better decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities● Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.● Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, advanced analytics, andworkflow automation.● Prepare regular MIS, dashboards, reports, and business performance analyses.● Analyze sales, customer, product, operational, and financial data to identify trends andopportunities.● Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.● Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.● Track and report key business and product KPIs and metrics.● Identify data inconsistencies, anomalies, and reporting issues and coordinate with relevant teamsfor resolution.● Perform trend analysis and provide actionable insights to management.● Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and reports.● Work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and Management teams to understandreporting requirements.● Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes wherever possible usingPython and other available tools.● Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company and customer data.● Present findings in a clear and easy-to-understand manner to non-technical stakeholders.Required Skills● Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including automated dashboard setup,Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and data visualization.● Good working knowledge of Python & SQL.● Good working experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful patterns.● Good understanding of data cleaning, validation, and reporting.● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.● Good communication and presentation skills.Preferred Skills● Experience working with CRM, ERP, HRMS, or other business databases.● Experience in SaaS, technology, AI, or subscription-based businesses.● Knowledge of statistical analysis and business intelligence.● Experience in creating automated MIS and management dashboards.Education● Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, BusinessAnalytics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and business-focused.
