Nasoft is hiring a Data Analyst for Makaseb that specialized E-commerce and performance Marketing company serving the Gulf markets.Join a dynamic, innovative team that's shaping the future of digital commerce across the region., and turn data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and performance.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from different sourcesPrepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboardsIdentify trends, patterns, and insights from dataTrack and analyze key business and performance metricsSupport different teams with data-driven insights and recommendationsEnsure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboardsBuild and maintain dashboards using Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio or similar toolsWork with large datasets and perform data validation and quality checksTranslate business requirements into analytical reports and actionable insightsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysisRequirements1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical roleStrong proficiency in Excel / Google SheetsGood knowledge of SQL and experience querying databasesExperience with at least one BI/visualization tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker StudioStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret data and communicate insights clearlyHigh attention to detail and data accuracyGood communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksExperience with Python for data analysisExperience working with e-commerce, marketing, sales, or business performance dataUnderstanding of KPIs, business metrics, and performance analysisBenefitsWorking condition & Benefits : Working Days: 5 Days (Sun to Thu) (9 AM to 6 PM) 2 Days Off (Fri -Sat)Social InsuranceMedical InsuranceCareer pathLearning & Development
