Data Analyst

Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret datato support business operations and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible fortransforming raw data into meaningful insights, maintaining dashboards, ensuring data accuracy,and helping teams make data-driven decisions through reliable reporting and analysis.ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sourcesDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackersMonitor key business metrics and identify trends, patterns, and anomaliesCreate recurring MIS reports for various stakeholdersAutomate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effortEnsure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reportsCollaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirementsPerform ad-hoc analysis to support operational and business needsIdentify opportunities for process improvement through data analysisMaintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data sourcesQualificationsExperience: 2–4 years of experience in Data AnalyticsTechnical Stack: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, orLooker).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitativefield. (Master’s is a plus)High attention to detail and data accuracyStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivots, data cleaning)
