Founded in 2020, Sentrics Consulting Company Limited offers data solutions tailored to clients' needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role in Bangkok. As AI increasingly handles data preparation and dashboard building, this role focuses on what AI cannot do: understanding the business, asking the right questions, and turning analysis into decisions that meet business objectives. You will work with clients to frame problems, analyze data and recommend clear next steps.Qualifications3–10 years of experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Business Management / Stats / Computer Science or related fieldsStrong storytelling with data and visualization and have hands-on experience in Tableau or Power BIConfident communicating with both senior management and operational teamsNaturally curious; keeps asking "why" until reaching the root causeAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficient in both spoken and written Thai and EnglishKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders across all levels, from management to operational teams, to understand business objectives and clarify the decision behind each request before starting analysis.Translate business problems into focused questions and hypothesesTranslate management objectives into actionable data insights for working teams, and bring insights back to inform management decisions.Conduct exploratory and deep-dive analysis using SQL, critically validating results, to identify root causes, trends and opportunities, and challenge findings that do not fit the expected story.Design and develop decision-focused dashboards in Tableau or Power BI Transform dashboards and data models into AI-ready formats, such as semantic models and governed metric definitions, so business users can query insights through AI tools.Interpret results and provide actionable recommendations with quantified business impact.Present findings to both management and non-technical working teams through clear storytelling and concise summaries.
