This faculty member will design and deliver classroom sessions on data analytics, statistics, and data modeling concepts tailored for accounting and finance applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, conducting lectures and practical labs, guiding learners through projects and case studies, and assessing student performance through assignments and examinations. The role also involves staying current with industry tools and trends, mentoring learners on career paths in data-focused finance roles, and contributing to continuous improvement of the curriculum. The faculty will collaborate with other trainers and program coordinators to ensure high-quality, outcomes-driven instruction.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and solid proficiency in Data Analytics.Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Statistics and its application in accounting and financial decision-making.Candidates should possess experience with Data Modeling and related tools or platforms relevant to business and financial analysis.Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for teaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to learners.Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, finance, accounting, or a related field.Prior teaching, training, or corporate education experience in analytics or finance-focused data roles is highly beneficial.Familiarity with analytics tools (such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms) and practical experience in industry projects is an advantage.Ability to create structured learning materials, manage classroom interactions, and support diverse learners in an inclusive environment.
