They operate with startup-level speed and high ownership, running continuous A/B testing across onboarding, pricing, and content.If you love diving into event-level data, running experimentations, and helping shape product strategy, this role is for you!About the RoleDrive Experimentation: Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and product experiments to guide key business and feature decisions.ResponsibilitiesProduct Analytics: Own and evolve product analytics reporting using event-level data platforms.Cross-Functional Ownership: Partner directly with Product Managers, UA, and Engineers to define key success metrics and measurement plans for new initiatives.Uncover Insights: Investigate user behavior trends and translate raw data into clear, actionable recommendations.Build Dashboards: Create and maintain self-serve BI dashboards for key stakeholders.QualificationsExperience: 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.Required SkillsEvent-Tracking Expertise: Hands-on experience with event-tracking/product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills for querying large databases, plus experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Omni, etc.).Testing & Strategy: Solid experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.Communication: Ability to distill complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.Preferred SkillsMobile app experienceExperience working in a high experimentation environmentPay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary & comprehensive compensation packageTop-tier health, dental, and vision coverageRetirement plan with employer matchingCommuter & lunch benefitsFree access to mental health & telehealth servicesHardware & software budget tailored to your needs
