Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support Last Mile Operations through data-driven insights, performance reporting, and workforce analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building operational dashboards, analyzing delivery performance metrics, supporting capacity planning initiatives, and ensuring data quality across reporting systems. This role plays a key part in enabling operational excellence and informed decision-making across cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesBuild and Maintain Operational Performance Dashboards and ReportsDesign, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly KPI dashboardsAutomate recurring reports to improve reporting efficiencyEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to stakeholdersMonitor operational performance metrics and reporting healthAnalyze Last Mile Operational DataConduct deep-dive analysis on key metrics including SLA, assignment time, fulfillment rate, UTR, and captain utilizationIdentify trends, anomalies, and performance gapsPerform root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendationsPresent findings and insights to operational stakeholdersSupport Capacity Planning and Workforce AnalyticsAnalyze workforce utilization and scheduling effectivenessCombine shift planning data with operational performance metricsIdentify under-planned store-hour combinations and capacity risksHighlight high-risk time slots and support demand forecasting initiativesProvide Data Support for Cross-Functional Performance ReviewsPrepare weekly and monthly business performance reportsSupport Operations, Planning, and Ground Teams with structured data outputsDeliver insights that enable operational and strategic decision-makingAssist leadership teams during performance review discussionsMaintain and Improve Data Quality and Reporting InfrastructureStandardize reporting inputs and data sourcesIdentify, investigate, and resolve data discrepanciesDocument reporting logic, definitions, and dashboard methodologiesMaintain dashboard version control and reporting governance standardsRequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience1-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or ReportingPrevious experience in logistics, delivery, supply chain, or e-commerce environments is preferredExperience building operational dashboards and performance reportsTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsStrong SQL skills for data extraction and analysisExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization toolsAbility to work with large datasets and perform advanced data analysisKnowledge of reporting automation and dashboard developmentPreferred QualificationsCertifications in SQL, Python, Power BI, or Data AnalyticsUnderstanding of Last Mile Operations and related KPIs such as SLA, UTR, CPO, Fulfillment Rate, and Utilization MetricsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate complex data into actionable business insights
