Data Analyst (Python-SQL)

About Position:We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst having strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, Data Analysis, and Banking Domain (Lending/Cards/PSL). You will help business teams make data-driven decisions through insights, reporting, forecasting, and analytical models.Role: Data Analyst (Python + SQL)Location: All Persistent LocationExperience: 3 to 6 YearsJob Type: Full-Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:Collect, analyze, and interpret banking, customer, and business data to identify trends and insights.Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate business performance and customer behavior.Use Python, SQL, and statistical techniques to derive meaningful recommendations.Create or enhance analytical and predictive models using Regression, Decision Trees, NLP, and other ML techniques.Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance tracking frameworks.Identify process improvement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Support forecasting, planning, and resource allocation through data-driven insights.Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver analytical solutions.Expertise You'll Bring:3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in BFSI Lending, Cards, or PSL domain.Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.Experience in statistical analysis, reporting, data visualization, and business insights generation.Exposure to Machine Learning techniques such as Regression, Decision Trees, and NLP is an added advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings effectively.Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across business and technology teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.BE/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science or Graduation in Statistics/Mathematics.
