As we continue expanding globally, we are strengthening our Taiwan team and investing in top talent across financial systems, risk modelling, and data intelligence domains.About the Role The team serves as an internal Data & Reporting Middle Office, acting as a bridge between business functions, management, and data teams. We transform data from various systems and business processes into consistent, reliable, and decision-ready information.The team is responsible for management reporting, business performance data, KPI management (PNL reporting, Exposure management), data analytics, and data quality management. Beyond delivering recurring reports and data services, the team is expected to proactively identify issues, analyze business performance, and provide actionable insights to support management and business decision-making.Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, maintain, and deliver management reports, business performance reports, and KPI metrics for the Risk Management function.Provide recurring and ad-hoc data reports and analysis based on the needs of management and business stakeholders.Establish standardized reporting processes to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of data delivery.Continuously improve reporting structures and data visualization to enhance the effectiveness and usability of business information.Collaborate with business, Finance, IT, Data, and other relevant teams to resolve data definition, data consistency, and reporting issues.Establish data validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes for management reporting.Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for critical reports and data deliverables.Identify data quality issues and discrepancies, investigate root causes, and work with relevant stakeholders to drive resolution.What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Python, be able to create the data pipline / ETL work.Experience in Management Reporting, Performance Management, or KPI Governance is a strong plus.Experience in data analytics, business analytics, business intelligence (BI), management reporting, or a related field.Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently query, transform, and analyze data.Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus.Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to data quality, data definitions, and data consistency.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.Proactive, detail-oriented, highly accountable, and capable of driving issues through to resolution.Experience with financial data, trading platforms, risk management, or related domains is highly preferred.What We Offer A collaborative and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.
