With an innovative approach and commitment to excellence, Centriq is positioned to become a leading player in the regional aesthetics market.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Riyadh. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from clinics and operational systems to generate actionable insights that support business decisions and improve customer experience. Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying trends in clinical operations, marketing performance, and customer behavior. The role will collaborate with management, operations, and marketing teams to translate data findings into recommendations and measurable improvements. The Data Analyst will also contribute to data governance, documentation, and the continuous enhancement of data processes and tools.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and solid Data Analytics capabilities for interpreting complex datasets and generating insights.Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Statistics to support data validation, trend analysis, and performance measurement.Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling for structuring data, building reports, and supporting dashboards and business intelligence tools.Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present findings, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms) and familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.Experience working with healthcare or clinic operations data, and an understanding of KPIs in service and customer-centric environments, is an advantage.Ability to work with attention to detail, manage multiple priorities, and maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
