Hiring: Data Analyst/ Senior Data AnalystWe are looking for a Data Analyst/ Senior Data Analyst who can independently drive analytical projects, solve complex business problems, and communicate data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Develop complex, optimized, and reusable SQL & Python (Pandas) solutions.Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models.Conduct root-cause analysis and support data-driven decision-making.Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and process improvements.Independently lead projects from problem definition to execution.Present insights effectively to senior/international stakeholders.Mentor junior analysts and support analytical best practices.Work effectively in ambiguous and evolving business environments.🔹 Required SkillsStrong SQL & Python (Pandas) skills.Proficiency in Google Sheets & Looker.Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and business acumen.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to independently manage projects and work with ambiguity.Comfortable using AI tools for day-to-day analytics.Basic knowledge of A/B Testing & Machine Learning is a plus.🔹 Preferred SkillsShell scriptingAPI integration & data extractionExperience mentoring analysts or leading analytical workstreams📍 Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad💼 Experience: 3-7 Years🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (2PM to 11 PM Shift)
