On a day-to-day basis, the Data Analyst intern will clean, organize, and validate healthcare datasets, assist in building data models, and perform basic statistical analyses to generate insights. The intern will contribute to dashboards and reports that communicate key findings to internal teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities also include documenting data processes, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and helping test and refine analytical features within the platform. The role offers hands-on exposure to AI-driven healthcare analytics and requires a commitment to data quality and ethical use of health information.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical methods to real-world datasets.Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling, including structuring, organizing, and interpreting complex data.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining analytical findings to non-technical audiences.Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python or R, and basic data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across diverse, international teams.Interest in healthcare analytics, ethical handling of sensitive data, and learning AI-driven insight generation is an advantage.
