On a day-to-day basis, the trainee will assist with collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare data from various sources, and performing basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns. The program includes building and updating dashboards and reports, supporting data modeling tasks under supervision, and documenting findings in clear, concise formats for internal stakeholders. The trainee will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate insights, and learn how data supports coordinated care, patient engagement, and operational improvements.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to real-world data.Candidates should possess basic Data Modeling skills and an understanding of data structures or databases.Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.Interest in healthcare, healthtech, or care coordination and a willingness to learn domain-specific concepts is preferred.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
