Data Analytics & BI Engineer

We are seeking a Data Engineer / Analytics & BI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, data models, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and data engineering expertise with hands-on experience building dashboards and translating data into actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and scalable data workflows.Develop and optimize database tables, queries, and data models.Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business and operational stakeholders.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and performance opportunities.Improve data quality, reliability, and query/reporting performance.Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into data solutions.Troubleshoot data pipeline, transformation, and reporting issues.QualificationsStrong experience with SQL, data engineering, and data analysis.Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline development.Hands-on experience with BI/dashboard tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and performance optimization.Experience with Python or similar scripting languages preferred.Experience with cloud data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, AWS, or Azure is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
