Data Analytics and Demand Management

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse pipeline creation, health, movement, coverage, progression, conversion and quality across Market Units and demand sources.Build and maintain pipeline performance reports, identifying trends, gaps, risks, anomalies and opportunities.Provide actionable data-driven insights to the Regional Demand Manager.Support monthly demand reviews, strategic presentations and Demand Programs.Ensure accuracy and consistency of recurring reports and analysis.Partner with Market Units, Demand Managers and PMOs to identify growth opportunities.Improve and automate reporting and analytics processes.QualificationsMust HaveAdvanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.Experience analysing large datasets and identifying trends and performance drivers.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Excellent English communication skills.Strong PlusPipeline, sales or business performance analytics experience.Power BI – dashboards, visualisation and reporting.SAP reporting tools / SAP ecosystem knowledge.Understanding of Cloud, SaaS/PaaS and digital business models.
