Data Analytics ManagerLos Angeles, California | Full-timeA financial services organisation is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead a team of analytics professionals supporting Consumer Banking and Consumer & Small Business products. The role combines hands-on analytics leadership, strategic insight generation and cross-functional collaboration to support data-driven decisions across sales, products and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead analytical initiatives across consumer and small business products, including loans and deposits.Develop insights into product performance, KPIs and customer behaviour.Identify opportunities for product optimisation and cross-selling.Oversee analytics for partner-managed products including wealth management, treasury management and credit cards.Establish consistent analytics standards and methodologies across internal business partners.Provide data-driven insights to support partner product performance.Analyse client segments and customer cohorts to align products and services with client value.Partner with Product teams to develop and execute scenario analysis for client segmentation models.Support sales and marketing strategies through business cases, implementation plans and campaign performance reporting.Manage sales pipeline reporting and provide insights into product and colleague performance.Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting tools for senior sales and product leaders.Ensure data accuracy, consistency and accessibility across reporting solutions.Maintain and enhance reporting infrastructure as business requirements evolve.Support the resolution of critical business issues and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency.Manage, mentor and develop a team of analytics professionals.Set performance expectations, allocate workloads and ensure timely delivery of analytics projects.Ensure analytics activities comply with applicable operational, credit and regulatory requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.7+ years of professional experience in data analytics.5+ years of experience within the banking industry.2+ years of experience leading a team.Strong quantitative and analytical skills.Advanced proficiency with SQL and data querying.Strong experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Knowledge of Alteryx, Snowflake and Tableau.Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.Experience working with senior management, sales leadership and subject matter experts.Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise presentations to senior stakeholders.Strong strategic planning and project execution skills.Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy.Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking initiative to identify and solve problems.Ability to develop innovative solutions and new processes with limited direction.Compensation & Benefits$122,535–$208,715 per yearEligible for bonus and/or commission.Medical, dental and vision coverage.401(k) company matching contribution.Tuition reimbursement and professional development resources.Vacation, sick and volunteer time.Health and family planning benefits.Career mobility support.Colleague resource groups.
