We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to lead a team of skilled Data Analysts, drive data-driven methodologies, and lead end-to-end analytical projects.In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders across the organization to deliver actionable business insights, develop advanced reports and dashboards, and support strategic decision-making through data.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of experienced Data Analysts.Drive end-to-end analytical projects and initiatives.Develop and implement data analysis methodologies and best practices.Build, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and predictive models.Generate actionable business insights to support data-driven decision-making.Collaborate closely with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.Requirements2–3 years of experience managing a team of Data Analysts – required.Strong proficiency in SQL – required.Hands-on experience with BusinessObjects (BO) and Power BI – required.Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.AdvantagesBachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.Experience working with Databricks and/or BigQuery.
