Data Analytics Team Lead📍 Remote – Europe / DubaiMy client is a fast-growing global e-commerce / print-on-demand technology company looking for a Data Analytics Team Lead to lead a team of up to 4 Data Analysts and drive data-led decision making across Product and Supply & Logistics.The RoleYou will lead the analytics function across areas including supply chain, logistics, product performance, customer behaviour, merchants and partners.You’ll work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, shape the analytics roadmap and turn data into actionable business recommendations.Key responsibilities:Lead, mentor and develop a team of up to 4 Data AnalystsOwn and prioritise the team’s analytics roadmap and backlogPartner closely with Product Managers and business stakeholdersDrive analytical initiatives across Product, Supply Chain & LogisticsTranslate complex analysis into clear business insights and recommendationsManage performance, development and regular 1:1sSupport hiring and build out the analytics teamPromote a stronger data-driven culture across the organisationIntroduce relevant analytical, statistical and AI-driven approachesWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of professional Data Analytics experience1+ years managing or leading Data AnalystsProven experience managing remote / international teamsStrong people management, coaching and hiring experienceExcellent stakeholder management and business partnering skillsAdvanced SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehousesStrong BI / dashboarding experienceSolid knowledge of statistics, A/B testing and product experimentationExperience with product analytics and event trackingStrong understanding of data modelling and data qualityQuantitative background such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related discipline is preferredExperience in e-commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions or product-led businesses is highly relevantSupply Chain / Logistics experience is a plusCuriosity and willingness to experiment with AI in analytics workflowsWe’re particularly interested in candidates who combine strong analytical depth, genuine people leadership and a strong commercial/business mindset.*** Only successful candidates will be contacted ***
