Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEligibility: Saudi nationals onlyDome Arabia Environmental Consulting Company is inviting CVs from experienced Saudi nationals for the role of Data and Operational Performance Analyst in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Role purposeThe role supports operational monitoring and improvement through the collection, analysis and reporting of inspection and complaint data.

You will turn operational records into clear findings, track performance indicators and prepare reports that support informed decisions and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities

• Collect and organise inspection, complaint and related operational data in a consistent format for analysis and reporting.
• Review incoming records for completeness and consistency, highlighting missing information or discrepancies that could affect results.
• Analyse inspection and complaint data to identify trends, recurring issues and changes in operational performance.
• Monitor agreed performance indicators and maintain clear records of results over time.
• Compare reporting periods and explain significant movements, patterns and exceptions in the underlying data.
• Prepare operational reports that present results clearly, supported by relevant tables, charts and written observations.
• Maintain organised analysis files and supporting records so reported figures can be traced to their source.
• Review findings with the relevant teams and clarify the data or operational information needed to complete the analysis.
• Identify practical opportunities for improvement based on inspection results, complaint trends and performance findings.
• Support continuous improvement by tracking relevant results and assessing whether performance changes are reflected in the available data.Must-have qualifications and experience
• Saudi nationality.
• A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or Management.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
