From business applications and reporting to dashboards and automation, you will help turn operational data into meaningful insights while ensuring the systems our teams rely on run smoothly across the Eatx portfolio.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support for core business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Supy, Linga rOS POS, SevenRooms, and SerVme Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business stakeholders Build automated reporting solutions and improve existing reporting processesManage user access, system configuration, and master data across business applicationsTroubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely resolutionSupport system integrations, upgrades, testing, and new feature deploymentsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting standards across multiple platformsPartner with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and leadership teams to deliver business insightsWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience in a Data & Systems Analyst or similar roleBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related fieldStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development from the ground upSolid SQL skills and experience working with relational databasesExperience supporting ERP, POS, CRM, or procurement systemsHospitality, retail, or F&B experience is highly desirableIf this feels like a fit, we would love to hear from you!
