WE'RE HIRING: Data Annotation QA Supervisors (2D | 3D | 4D)We are standing up a specialist quality-assurance team for a leading globalautonomous-vehicle programme, and we are looking for a Data Annotation QualityAssurance Supervisors.This is a short-term, high-impact engagement at the frontier of self-driving AI,working with multimodal sensor data (camera, LiDAR, and radar) and the annotationthat makes autonomous perception possible.THE ROLE- Own annotation quality across 2D, 3D, and 4D tasks, from bounding boxes and polygons to 3D point-cloud cuboids and temporal sensor-fusion tracking.- Run a two-stage QA process and hold delivery to a 99%+ accuracy standard against client specifications.- Calibrate, coach, and lead a team of annotators, resolving edge cases and cutting label drift.- Track and report quality metrics such as IoU and inter-annotator agreement, and keep audit-ready records.YOU BRING- Experience in data annotation or computer-vision QA, ideally including 3D point-cloud or LiDAR work.- Hands-on familiarity with annotation platforms such as CVAT or Label Studio.- Strong spatial reasoning, precision, and an eye for detail at volume.- Team leadership and clear communication, with the discipline to enforce standards.- Availability for a short-term, on-site engagement.WHY JOINWork on genuinely cutting-edge AV data, backed by an established, enterprise-gradedelivery organisation, with the chance to prove and grow your expertise on a large,long-running programme.Location: Harare, Zimbabwe (on-site)To apply, send your CV to jobs@talent.africa.Know someone who fits?
