Data Availability, Senior Specialist

Master Works is seeking a Data Availability, Senior Specialist to support the effective management, accessibility, and availability of organizational data.The role will contribute to data management initiatives, assess compliance with relevant data requirements, and support projects that enhance data accessibility and governance. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data is effectively managed, accessible, and aligned with organizational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of data availability and data management practicesManage and contribute to projects related to data accessibility, availability, and managementAssess compliance with applicable data management requirements, policies, and controlsPrepare compliance assessments, reports, and recommendations for improvementSupport the development and implementation of data management policies, procedures, and standardsCollaborate with business, IT, data, and other stakeholders to identify and address data availability requirementsMonitor data management activities and support the identification and resolution of data-related issuesContribute to improving data accessibility, usability, and availability across the organizationSupport data management governance activities and ensure alignment with organizational policies and standardsPrepare and present reports, updates, and recommendations to relevant stakeholdersBuild effective relationships with internal stakeholders and support cross-functional data initiativesStay up to date with developments, standards, and best practices in data management and data governanceRequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience5+ years of relevant experience in data availability, data management, data governance, or a related fieldExperience in project management and delivering data-related initiativesPractical experience and knowledge of data management principles, processes, and practicesExperience in compliance assessment, monitoring, and reporting is preferredKnowledge & SkillsStrong knowledge of data management and data governance conceptsGood understanding of data availability, accessibility, and management practicesAbility to assess compliance against data-related requirements, policies, and controlsStrong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to translate findings into clear recommendationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with business and technical stakeholdersStrong project coordination and organizational skillsGood problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesCertificationsCertified Data Management Professional (CDMP)Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM)Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT)Location: Client Site
