Data Business Analyst

We are hiring a Data Business AnalystExperience: 5+Mode:HYbrid - Bangalore Shift- 2PM -11PM Notice Period: Immediate to 15 DaysMust Have: Domain Expertise: Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurancedomain knowledge (deep understanding of policy, claims, billing,and underwriting data processes). Guidewire Proficiency: Practical experience with Guidewire X-Center and familiarity with insurance reporting frameworks.Hands-on experience navigating the Guidewire data model anddata dictionary. Data Competency: Solid working knowledge of DataWarehousing concepts, dimensional data modeling, andproficiency in writing complex SQL queries. Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of ETL concepts, dataflows, and transformation logic. Documentation & Translation: Proven ability to gather functionalbusiness requirements and translate them into detailed technicalspecifications for engineering teams. Delivery Support: Experience collaborating directly with dataengineering and QA teams to support build, testing, andvalidation phases. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with an attentionto detail. Agile Environment: Proficiency in agile delivery methodologiesand tools (Jira, Confluence). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communicationskills, capable of interacting effectively with both functionalbusiness users and technical development teams.Good to Have: Hands-on experience creating functional reports/dashboards(e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for business stakeholders. Understanding of cloud data ecosystems, specifically AWS (S3,Glue, Lambda) and Snowflake integration patterns. Exposure to data quality frameworks and metadata managementtools. Experience working effectively in onsite/offshore engagementmodels.
