Data Center Automation & Controls Engineer

Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure the reliability of operational data integration from BMS/EPMS systems across overseas data centers.Coordinate with local FM/FE teams to develop, review, and continuously maintain CMDB topology diagrams.Coordinate EMS point identification, integration, data governance, and optimization.Coordinate alarm consolidation, EOP linkage, contingency plan development, and emergency response drills with local FM/FE teams.Conduct technical assessments and optimization of automation and control systems and develop standardized solutions for recurring issues.Conduct automation system risk assessments, change reviews, maintenance reviews, operational optimization assessments, and global technical inspections.Promote the implementation of key automation and control technologies across global data centers to ensure reliable and stable equipment operation.Supervise vendors during on-site system modification and change activities.Take responsibility for system deployment, commissioning, operation, optimization, and control strategy configuration.Work closely with local FM/FE teams to drive the implementation of IDC monitoring, control, and automation systems.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, HVAC, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years of experience in data center operations, facilities management, automation, or quality engineering.Good understanding of automation and control system architecture, operational logic, and optimization methods.Familiarity with BMS/EPMS systems, data center infrastructure equipment, and communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, and MQTT.Experience in system deployment, commissioning, operation, optimization, and control strategy configuration.Programming or scripting skills in Python, Shell, or similar languages are an advantage.Good command of both Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct overseas technical communication and prepare technical documentation in English.Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with good execution and sense of responsibility.Ability to work closely with local FM/FE teams and drive the implementation of IDC control and automation systems.
