- A degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in the field of Information Technology, with at least 3 years of experience in managing wide-area networks (WAN) or enterprise-level operations.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, PCNSA/PCNSE, HSE3, HSE4).
- Strong proficiency in incident management, with a focus on accuracy and operational effectiveness.
- Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience working with network hardware (routers, switches, load balancers, WAF, and firewalls).
- Familiarity with data center capacity planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, and the documentation required for such processes.
- Familiarity with various systems (Linux, Windows, virtualization, and storage).
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies, high availability, redundancy, and incident management protocols.
- Proficiency in creating and documenting operational procedures.
- In-depth understanding of service management methodologies, with advanced knowledge of ITIL and ISO standards.
- A degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
