Job Title: Data Center Technician (Level IV)Job Type: Permanent, direct hirePay: $51-$61/hr.Shift differential pay: 6pm-6am - 15% extra for night shiftOvertime: 1.5x hourly rateBonus: 5% annual target bonus. (2.5% company performance, 2.5% individual performance)Training: M-F 8am – 5pm.Hours/Shift Schedule: Sun – Wed (every other Wed) OR Wed – Sat (every other Wed)Day shift: 5:30am to 6pmNight Shift: 6pm to 5:30amA leading global data center provider supporting mission-critical customer environments. This role is responsible for maintaining the reliability of critical infrastructure systems in a 24/7/365 data center environment while leading a small shift team of 1–4 technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate 1–4 technicians during an assigned shift, ensuring safe and efficient operations.Support the operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, cooling, life safety, and critical power systems.Monitor and respond to facility alarms, prioritizing uptime and protection of the critical load.Utilize CMMS to track preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, work orders, inspections, and labor activities.Execute and follow SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, MMRs, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to complete maintenance and project work safely.Serve as a customer-facing point of contact for colocation clients and maintain accurate operational documentation.Support equipment switching, operational improvements, root cause investigations, and infrastructure projects.Must Haves: HS Diploma3+ years of data center experience5-10+ years of critical environment or building engineering experienceExperience in operations, maintenance and/or building engineeringExperience using SOPS/MOPS/EOP’s/MMRsStrong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and critical infrastructure systems.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Plusses:Navy Nuclear experienceExperience with Visio, AutoCAD
