Apply & track with Apply EdgeMultiple Openings: Data Centre Operations EngineersLocation: Rabale, Navi Mumbai, MaharashtraWork arrangement: On-site | 24×7 rotational shiftsProject: Long-term Managed Services engagementWe are building an on-site Data Centre Operations team for a new IDC managed-services project in Navi Mumbai.Open PositionsTeam Lead / Senior Data Centre Engineer – 1 positionRequirements:At least 7 years of data-centre or infrastructure operations experienceExperience leading an on-site technical operations teamStrong service-management, reporting and customer communication skillsKnowledge of incident, problem, change and escalation managementAble to manage shift rosters, SLA performance, operational reporting and vendor coordinationITIL knowledge or certification is preferredL2 Data Centre Engineer – 3 positionsRequirements:3–5 years of hands-on data-centre operations experienceExperience supporting servers, storage and network equipmentAble to perform hardware troubleshooting, parts replacement, rack-and-stack and structured cablingBasic network troubleshooting, console connection and link-status checkingExperience with OS installation, IP configuration and remote-hands supportAble to handle incidents independently and coordinate with remote L3 teams or vendorsL1 Data Centre Technician – 2 positionsRequirements:1–3 years of data-centre, infrastructure or hardware-support experienceHands-on experience with rack-and-stack, cabling and equipment installationAble to replace basic hardware components and connect power, network and console cablesExperience maintaining asset records, work logs and equipment movement documentationWilling to learn and work under the guidance of L2 engineers and the Team LeadKey ResponsibilitiesProvide 24×7 on-site IDC operations and remote-hands supportInstall, remove, restart and replace servers, network equipment and hardware componentsPerform rack-and-stack, cabling, patching and equipment interconnectionSupport OS installation, IP configuration and management-card setupAssist with console access and execute approved scripts or instructionsTroubleshoot hardware, connectivity and cabling issuesCoordinate with customers, remote engineers and third-party vendorsMaintain asset inventory and inbound/outbound equipment recordsConduct regular inspections and promptly escalate incidentsPrepare work logs, incident reports and operational documentationFollow all authorization, security, safety and change-control proceduresGeneral RequirementsDiploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related disciplineRelevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CompTIA or server-hardware certifications are advantageousGood communication, documentation and teamwork skillsMust be willing to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidaysMust be able to work on-site in Rabale, Navi MumbaiMust be legally authorised to work in IndiaCandidates who are immediately available, currently serving notice or able to join within 30 days will be given priority.Interested applicants may apply through LinkedIn and provide the following information:Current CTCExpected CTCNotice periodCurrent locationPreferred position: Team Lead, L2 or L1
