This is an exciting opportunity to gain direct exposure to the robotics industry and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology.High-performing team members may have opportunities to advance into senior or leadership positions as the organization continues to scale.ScheduleThis is a 24/7 operation with multiple shift optionsBased in The Bay Area OR Los Angeles (California)Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PMSwing Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PMNight Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AMShift flexibility may be required based on business needs.ResponsibilitiesWear motion-capture and sensor equipment to perform repetitive physical movements that generate training data for humanoid robotsExecute movements such as walking, lifting, reaching, carrying, and other structured tasks for up to 8 hours per shiftFollow detailed movement protocols and standard operating procedures with a high degree of accuracy and consistencyAssist with equipment setup, calibration, and proper care of sensor suits and related hardwareIdentify and report equipment issues, process improvements, or data collection concernsCollaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily data collection goalsMaintain a safe, organized workspace while adhering to ergonomic and safety guidelinesDemonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and processesRequired QualificationsAbility to perform repetitive physical movements and full-range body motions throughout an 8+ hour shiftStrong physical coordination, body awareness, and attention to detailAbility to quickly learn new physical tasks and execute them consistentlyReceptive to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvementExcellent reliability, attendance, and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamReliable transportation and willingness to travel between work sites throughout the Bay Area or Los Angeles as neededComfortable working in a startup-style environment with changing prioritiesMust be 5'10" or shorter due to equipment and product specificationsPreferred QualificationsExperience with electronics, mechanical systems, IT support, fabrication, or other hands-on technical workHardware or software troubleshooting experienceExperience using VR headsets, gaming systems, or other tools requiring strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awarenessExposure to robotics, motion-capture technology, or similar environmentsMilitary experiencePassion for robotics, AI, and emerging technologies
