Data Custodian [Consulting | Support | Retail]

Our client is a US Business IT Consulting Firm with a rich history in providing IT Services and driving digital transformation initiatives for Tier-One Clients. They are currently working closely with a Large-Scale Retail MNC Corporation and is seeking a Data Custodian for their Delivery Team.Responsibilities:Perform data extraction & data analysis from CRM systems for support investigation & projectsLeverage ETL tools to extract, transform, load and verify data during migration projects.Work closely with vendors to investigate data quality issues and find resolution at various CRM touchpointsBuild data monitoring reports between systems and report to businessRequirements:Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a data analystDirect exposure with SQL and ETLSound knowledge with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Reltio)Exposure in the retail industry is preferrableStrong stakeholder management skills with fluent English communication [Please note: Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
