Data Engineer

Duties:Collect, analyse and interpret financial, HR, safety and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvementDevelop reports, dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI, Microsoft Excel and other business intelligence toolsEngage with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting requirements and translate them into clear analytical models and insightsSupport productivity, project and strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights to guide decision-makingAnalyse financial and non-financial business performance data and present findings clearly to support business reviews and strategic decisionsSkills and Experience:Previous experience in data analysis, financial modelling, business intelligence or a similar analytical roleProven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar, ideally working on data analytics projects within the Microsoft stackAdvanced Power BI and Databricks skills, with strong experience developing dashboards, reports and data modelsDemonstrated ability to analyse complex datasets and provide insights that influence business decisions or strategyExperience preparing and presenting analytical reports to stakeholders, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
