When you commit to something, you deliver.What you'll do:Design and build data pipelines and warehouses for client projects, from source ingestion to analytics-ready martsDevelop dimensional models (facts, conformed dimensions, slowly changing dimensions) that stay correct as the business changesBuild and maintain dbt projects following our layered standards (staging → intermediate → marts), with testing and documentation built inPrototype data solutions quickly and turn the good ones into productionMonitor, optimise and troubleshoot data pipelines and analytics solutionsWork closely with our BI and visualisation team so the data serves real reporting needsYou'll fit well if you have:Hands-on experience as a data engineer or developer, ideally in a client-facing or consulting roleStrong SQL and solid understanding of dimensional modelling (Kimball or similar)Experience with dbt or comparable transformation tools, or with ETL tools such as SSIS or ODI and a willingness to move toward modern practicesWorking knowledge of PythonFamiliarity with Git and code-review-based workflowsExperience with at least one database or warehouse platform (e.g. PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)Independence: you can lead projects and own your work end to endA genuine desire to learn, develop and share knowledge with the teamGood command of English and EstonianUseful additional skills:Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BICloud platform experience (Azure, AWS or GCP)Familiarity with orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, etc.) or CI/CD for dataDomain expertise in areas like finance, sales, marketing, production, churn or fraudWhy join us?Above-market salaryFlexible hours and remote work optionsA team of experienced specialists who actually help each otherNo corporate bullshit!Variety: projects with local and international companies across many sectorsReal influence: your ideas shape how we work and what we build
