Data Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Python Development Engineer to build scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, web frameworks, and data transformation pipelines for data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop backend applications and REST APIs using Python, Flask, FastAPI, or Django.Build scalable microservices and asynchronous applications using asyncio.Design database schemas and data access layers using SQLAlchemy, Django ORM, or similar tools.Work with relational and NoSQL databases, SQL, ETL processes, and data transformation pipelines.Implement secure APIs using authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT, and encryption practices.Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.Debug applications, perform code reviews, and manage source code using Git.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with developers, DevOps teams, clients, and stakeholders.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.Strong experience in Python backend development.Hands-on experience with Flask, FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks.Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous programming, SQL, and ORMs.Experience with ETL, data transformations, and database management.Strong Git, testing, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Experience with CI/CD and productionizing applications.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or data warehousing.Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance practices.
